'Seacliff' is a serene and secluded year-round house on bold oceanfront overlooking islands, lobster boats, windjammers and twinkling lighthouses. The property includes a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths plus a guest house with 1 bedroom, separate living room with sofa bed and full bath. Well-appointed : furnished in sunny coastal style, with antiques and well-stocked gourmet kitchen. Away from it all, yet close to Camden, Rockport, Rockland, Tenants Harbor and Port Clyde. Ten minutes from the Monhegan ferry. Countless antique shops and art galleries nearby (this is Wyeth country!), as well as concerts at the Rockport Opera House. Outdoor activities include whale watching and puffin cruises, sailing, fishing (salt and fresh-water), kayaking, birding, hiking - all within minutes. The spectacular setting of this house, granite fireplace and gourmet kitchen make this house a delight year-round.

Seacliff is located on 2.5 acres of lovely, wooded shoreline in mid-coast Maine. The property is reached by driving one mile on a dirt road, near the conservation site of the 'Roaring Spout', a geologic formation through which waves crash, spray and roar at high tide. The house faces southeast and every room has an ocean view through which you can watch lobster boats, sea birds, seals and the occasional eagle. Built in 1994, the house is quiet, comfortable, and loaded with amenities suitable for use year round. The private guest house, located in a wooded site uphill from the house, allows for pleasant extended family gatherings. Come and enjoy this lovely home!

From the moment we walk onto the property we knew we were in for a fantastic week at the Seacliff. EVERY room had an incredible ocean view. The whole house had an open airy feel with a fantastic sunroom and large kitchen. We love to cook and found ourselves a little limited with their pots and pans. But we certainly took advantage of the lobster pot!
It's the perfect place to go in the winter. If the weather is inclement you can stay indoors but still feel that you are part of nature by looking out the windows. Perfect ocean spot...secluded and peaceful!! Thank you Seacliff.
