This newly renovated property is 'West of the Trail' and just a few minutes away from downtown Sarasota, near the Van Wezel, Ringling Museum, Sarasota Bay, Lido Key, Longboat Key and St. Armand's Circle. It is the perfect location to enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer: beaches, fine dining, theater, opera, shopping, etc. The house itself offers a comfortable respite and place where a magical vacation begins. It is wonderfully appointed with interesting decor and exceptional taste. The yard and lanai offer a quiet place to relax and read. Air conditioned with fans in every room.
