Vacation Homes in Ocean City Vacation Rental house

My family and I loved the unit. It was so beautiful and clean. I highly recommend it. Only place that we will stay in from now on whenever we go to Ocean City.

Great Rental - property fit description- Best part for us was its close proximity to the bay (4 houses) with public dock for launching your own boat and sitting back and relaxing. Can even swim off public dock, water was much warmer than ocean by about 20 degrees. Ocean was about 3-4 blocks and across the Coastal Highway, which is very busy(but only a 5 minute walk). Nice to not have to go on the highway to get to the supermarket, plenty of back road access to convenient stores. (just don't go to the stores on saturdays, way to busy!!!) Owner was easy to reach if needed. Very clean and comfortable, like staying at a friend's house. Nice quality utensils, pots, pans, stove, etc., which made cooking great! THANK YOU!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in Unit B (when looking at the house, it is the unit on the right). The unit was very clean. There were a few very MINOR cosmetic issues such as the wall plug coverings were not exactly lined up which left some holes showing in the walls and there was a spot in the living room that seemed like it was under repair. These very minor things certainly don't make or break a vacation. There were 4 adults, a 3 year old, and an 18 month old and we had a great amount of room. We loved the wireless internet access! In the room with the double bed, we were able to fit a pack and play. The queen bed and the bunk beds were incredibly comfortable! It was so nice to have a full size refrigerator and washer and dryer! We loved the shower in the master bedroom (even though the water pressure was weak in both bathrooms - but that is something that I have experienced every time I have stayed at the beach). The location was wonderful! We would drive all of our beach stuff over, unload, and then my husband would drive back to the house and walk back to the beach. It worked out very well for us. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to the beach and Coastal Highway. The Superfresh is practically in the neighborhood if you are in need of groceries. There was no DVD player in the living room, only in the bedroom with the bunkbeds. There is another TV in the room with the double bed, but not in the room with the queen bed. The house did have bed linens that you could use and a few towels in you forget them. I only found one alarm clock. I was expecting there to be one in every room. I loved the screened in porch. The property manager was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She returned my calls VERY promptly! We thought that the price was FANTASTIC, especially when splitting the cost with another couple. Overall, we had a GREAT time and really enjoyed our accommodations. We are already thinking about the next time we want to book this house again!

Our stay was great! The place was very nice.
The place did have an ant problem. Especially if you have kids who spill stuff and don't tell you. But I was on top of wiping things down & sweeping up. Most beach homes do have ants. It really was no big deal. The house was close enough to everything and yet peaceful when sitting out on the porch. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. There were 4 adults and 3 kids ages 2, 8 & 12.
I'd love to stay there again. :)
