First time available for summer rental, this charming and completely remodeled home which is just steps from the ocean has been completely redone. This rental has all new windows, doors, electrical, two new heat and air units and all new high end furniture. There has been nothing overlooked on this remodel. This home has two separate full kitchens one up(stainless steel} and one down, as well as two laundries up and down / the lower also has its own living room and master BR areas all on travertine stone floors though out. Upstairs supports a screened-in front porch as well as a back sun deck complete with chase lounges and a gas grill. Every piece of furniture in this adorable home is new (Tommy Bahama} ************* NOTE: we do not update the calendar each time the property is reserved. Please call for availability. Nearest Beach: beach at 100 Metres
This property is less than a block to the ocean and on the main beach access path. This is a great spot if you are comming to the island for beach fun. It's really close and is a main attraction for surf and sun. An outside shower high and low {body or feet only} is ready for you upon your return from the beach. Large parking area is great for many vehicals or perhaps a vessel. This is a mecca for surfers to hang at before they hit the waves - located on the cross street where all board toting toe heads pass. I know because my wife and two children lived here for 12 years - now newly renovated and ready for summer fun ..... enjoy ... (we still live on the island and hopefully will never leave.....} ** a golf cart is included for all stays of 4 or more nights durring off season 10/60 thru 4/07 / Its the only way to really enjoy the Isle of Palm life style.
