Additional Information: A deposit of 1/3 the rent is required to hold the reservation and to be used as a security, key, cleaning and damage deposit. It is required at the time the reservation is made. One month before the rental start date the full rent and tax is due. The property is to be cleaned by the renter before leaving. When the key is returned, and the property returned clean and without damage, then the deposit is returned.
