The living room contains queen-size sleeper-sofa, stereo/CD player, TV, & DVD player. Sliding doors open onto the 2nd floor balcony, providing beautiful view of the swimming pool. Cookware, extra pillows, & linens provided. Washer/dryer closet off the balcony also stores beach chairs. The condo has a shared pool, hot tub, charcoal grills & an ideal location – ½ block from tennis courts, within 1 mile of Surfside Beach, 7 mins from Murrells Inlet (home of incredible restaurants), 7 miles from Myrtle Beach Airport, close to Coastal Grand Mall, & all Myrtle Beach has to offer. This quiet atmosphere demands a relaxing vacation. Golf Colony provides a great location for a family-oriented beach vacation or a golf getaway with over 100 golf courses in Myrtle Beach area.
