Nice GROUND FLOOR Walkout (no hiking all those stairs with your gear and groceries!) located under a 1/2 of a mile from the Peak 8 chairlifts.
Either walk to the lifts or take the free bus that stops in front of the complex 7 times an hour to Peaks 7 and 8 (next two stops - literally 2 minutes away). You can also take a short walk and ski down to the Snowflake lift. Good skiers can ski-in along 4 O'Clock Run Rd to patio door (requires good snow cover).
The Breckenridge NORDIC CENTER located 1/3 of a mile away (ski over or it's one stop on the bus) where you can rent cross country skis and snow shoes and enjoy many miles of groomed trails.
Summer in Breckenridge:
Enjoy a real mountain town with many summer activities (theater, shopping, mountain biking, etc.) and wonderful weather. The Fun Park at Peak 8 is great and an easy stroll from the condo. Easy first floor bike storage.
The Condominium:
Our Condo is nicely furnished for a comfortable stay - 'a home away from home'. Relax at night with a 47' HDTV (with Comcast HD) 100+ channels, Blu-ray discs and HD streaming of any Netflix Instant title*, with additional DVD's available from Redbox in the City Market in town. WASHER and DRYER inside the condo (great for longer stays and wet gear). Sleeps four to six comfortably. Living room sofa converts to a queen-size bed (with memory foam pad), master bedroom has a pillow-top queen, bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed. Shared Spa (4) and 2 Saunas in complex. Free Wireless INTERNET, free parking for 2 vehicles, and ski and board storage. Many items and toys for kids to enjoy (Children's movies, toys, etc). A safe, large play area, just outside the condo, is a great place for kids to sled, make snowmen or play 'king of the snow pile' - join them or watch from the kitchen window :)
Avoid the noise of downtown and vacation with us on the mountain above Breckenridge. You will be happy you did, as you might be surprised how difficult and time consuming it is to get to the slopes if you lodge in the downtown.
* Our Netflix queue has over 100 movies in it but if you want a specific Netflix title just let us know before check-in.
