Enjoy this oceanfront fully furnished 1 bedroom condo, located just steps from the center of OOB. This condo has been completely remodeled in 2005. This unit has a fully equipped galley kitchen with all new appliances, dining area, full bath, bedroom with queen bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. The condo also has an underground enclosed parking garage. Relax, catch up on your reading or enjoy peaceful walks on the pristine sandy beach, refreshing swims in the ocean or in the heated outdoor pool. Walk to the historic Old Orchard Beach Pier, amusement park, restaurants and gifts shops. Enjoy the fireworks every Thursday evening. Many other local activities just minutes away include AA baseball, harness racing, auto racing, amusement park and many top rated golf courses. We are located just 10 minutes to Portland and 30 minutes to LL Bean and Freeport shopping and dining. Come enjoy the Southern Maine coast and all its attractions.
