Vintage Shore Cottage

The Petite Retreat is a vintage shore house that takes visitors to a place of relaxation and great views. The garden yard and decking around the house provide a cozy and warm atomsphere and not to mention a great place to read or sunbath. The ocean view can be enjoyed from the deck and is especially nice in the evening when the sun is going down. The inside accomdations are reminiscent of beach houses along the northeast coast. The quaintness of the cottage still allows for modern conveniences, like the big screen T.V. our two teenagers enjoyed viewing. The cottage is in walking distance of the Dana Harbor were we enjoyed shopping and drinks. San Juan Capistrano is about a 5 minute drive and the town is still one of our favorites. Also, Anaheim and San Diego are not too far away and the cottage is a great home base to explore south orange county. We will never stay at a hotel again in Dana Point(Orange County), at Petite Retreat we felt like a guests in home at the shore.
