Studio/1 BR, living area and kitchenette,1 BA, & 2 person whirlpool tub sleeps 4

The Studio has a kitchenette with full size fridge, convection oven / microwave, toaster oven and kitchen items you may need. A Queen size bed with a 6 foot divider if you wish that seperates the bed area to the sitting area for privacy. The sitting area has a queen size sofa bed and a coffee table that coverts into a table to eat from. Other items include a color TV, VCR, DVD, AM/FM digital radio. Slider with 2 separate decks. A Full bath, and a room with a 2 person whirlpool tub. Also a hot and cold outside inclosed shower with lights,The Studio is 20 SECOND walk to the ocean beach - the warm water and sandy beach side of the cape (Nantucket sound) . There are 4 places to eat within a 5 minute walk. This unit can be rented off season daily with a minimum of 2 day weekend. The Studio has an outdoor grill & beach chairs. And items for children to play with.

Dennisport is in the town of Dennis. Dennis is called the heart of Cape Cod which is in the center of the Cape about a 1/2 hour drive from either bridge entering Cape Cod Exit 9 A. We have 19 beaches in Dennis, more than any other town. There are over 1000 places to eat within 8 Square miles with most every kind of food you can imagine. We also have two golf courses in Dennis and many others on the Cape. Also just about every activity you can find anywhere within a short distance away. This is truly one of the best places to be on the Cape.

Dennis is the Center of Cape Cod. It's called the heart of Cape Cod. Dennis has 19 beaches, more than any other town on Cape Cod . Everything you would like to see or need to do is a short distance away at most. Dennisport is the warm water sandy beach side of the Cape - called Nantucket Sound. We are about 1/2 hour from either bridge entering the Cape to our property. Mid Cape area has over 1000 places to eat covering all your favorite foods. You won't be disappointed! This is the right place to be and we're open year round!!

Other Activities: go carts, bumper boats, paddle boats, kayaking, surfing, biking, trampolines, zoo aquarium, whale and seal tours, light houses saling, jet skiing and much more

Golf: There are golf courses in many town's

Dennis has two of the best courses

There are 5 within a 10-20 minut drive away

My family along with my parents rented the main house for a week in July. The house was perfectly located, my mom spent most of her trip sitting on the deck enjoy the ocean breeze. The kids were at the beach twice a day every day. We were so close to the beach we were able to walk home for lunch everyday. I loved having us all together in one big house.

Our location is in the center of the Cape and most everything there is to see or do is close by. Not to mention the 19 beaches in our town of Dennis, which is more than any other town on Cape Cod. And the main house has so much to offer in it PLUS the miles of ocean veiws.

Glendon Beach House

I stayed at this property with my husband, son & daughter and their spouses and 2 small grandchildren. It was a great experience. The house was great with the studio downstairs for my son and his family. The kitchen was so nice with the island that was so big we could all eat dinner together. The entire place was very light and airy and a pleasant breeze blew through even though it was very hot and humid. It was obvious that the owner put a lot of work into the details. The entire property was beautifully maintained. Richie, the owner, was very accomodating, he was always available to give any help we needed. The location was perfect, Just steps to the beach which was geat for families. At the end of the road was a hot dog stand and pizza restaurant - perfect for the grandchildren! Accross the street from the beach was a nice little restaurant great for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. A little farther but still within walking distance were 2 casual bar/restaurants for when the little ones went to bed. The area is perfect for families, everything is close by - shopping, fishing, golf - we did all! The Dennisport area is very central to a lot of activities especially for the kids.
There are also many good restaurants within a short distance - both casual and upscale.
All in all, our experience at Glendon Beach was wonderful and we will be planning a return visit.

It's ALWAYS a pleasure to see a new family come to Glendon Beach Cottages and Suites. We take pride in our property and try to make everyone's vacation a pleasurable one. Our goal is to have everything that anyone could ask for and more so they don't have to bring much of anything from there home. I always lived by the moto that I would NEVER rent anything to anyone if I would live there myself. When I go on a vacation it always bothered me if I had to go buy something that the rental should of had but didn't. That's why I supply everything I could think of to make everyone feel right at home.

My wife and I, and our two young daughters, stayed upstairs in the Master Suite. Everything was wonderful - clean, well-stocked and enjoyable. Very close to the beach. Richie keeps a great place and was very friendly and helpful (when our DVD player didn't work, he ran out to get a new one!).
