Description of the Dennisport vacation house rental
This 1800 sq. ft. +/ - year round home is 20 second walk to the ocean/beach. All the Bells & Whistles! The upper level has a gourmet kitchen, with a dishwasher, double door fridge/ice maker, gas, electric, and convection cooking & microwave. A 5X10 island, 6 stools with a wet bar and liquor cabinet. The living room has 16' cathedral ceilings & remote control skylights. A queen size Selle sofa bed, love seat, gas log fireplace, color TV with expanded cable, VCR, DVD, AM/FM digital radio. Slider with 2 decks and miles of ocean views. Also a half bath. The master bedroom suite has a queen size sleigh bed, walk-in closet & another color TV. The master bath has a 2 person 2 -seater, 2 adjustable heads (1 massage) that is a steam or regular shower. Also a 2 person 100 gal. whirlpool tub. The ocean level studio has a kitchenette, a queen size bed. A sitting area with a queen size sofa bed, color TV, VCR, DVD, AM/FM digital radio. Slider with 2 decks. Full bath & a 2 person whirlpool.

Dennis is the Center of Cape Cod. It's called the heart of Cape Cod. Dennis has 19 beaches more than ANY other town on Cape Cod . Everything you would like to see or need to do is a short distance away at most. Dennisport is the warm water sandy beach side of the Cape. Called Nantucket Sound. We are about 1/2 hour from either bridge entering the Cape to our property. Mid Cape area has over 1000 places to eat covering all your favorite foods. You won't be disappointed! This IS the right place to be. WE'RE OPEN YEAR ROUND!!

The master bathroom has a pedestal sink, a two person two seated shower with two adjustable shower heads (1 message) that is not only a shower but it is also a real steam shower. It has a 100 gallon two person heated whirlpool tub that's jetted. A conventional toilet. Vaulted ceiling with a remote control skylight. The Studio bathroom on the ocean level has a full bath with a stall shower and another room with another two person 100 gallon whirlpool jetted tub that is heated with adjustable jets. On the outside of the house is a enclosed hot & cold shower with lights to keep you cool on those hot nights.

- Master bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed with matching bureaus and night stands. A deck with views of the ocean. Color TV. A walk in closet. and a master bath of it's own. The bath has a pedestal sink, conventional toilet. A two person 100 gallon whirlpool tub. The tub area has a pocket door wall that you can open and watch TV, the fireplace, or the ocean at the same time. Also, A two person two seat, two headed (1 message) shower that is also a steam shower if you wish. Plus a remote control skylight to let the hot air out of the bathroom quickly to keep you cool and comfortable. Decks. The ocean level Studio has a large room with a queen size bed which is open floor plan to a sitting area with a queen size sofa bed. We have a room divider to separate the sleeping areas. A color TV, expanded television, DVD, VCR, AM/FM stereo. Slider to a deck. Also a full bath and another room with a 2 person 100 gallon whirlpool tub. The house sleeps 6 privately and up to 8.

Dennisport is in the town of Dennis. Dennis is called the heart of Cape Cod which is in the center of the Cape about a 1/2 hour drive from either bridge entering Cape Cod Exit 9 A. We have 19 beaches in Dennis, more than any other town. There are over 1000 places to eat within 8 Square miles with most every kind of food you can imagine. We also have two golf courses in Dennis and many others on the Cape. Also just about every activity you can find anywhere within a short distance away. This is truly one of the best places to be on the Cape. You won't be disappointed!!
