Owner's Estate Residence which is occasionally offered to qualified Guests. This is not a family home and at this point, will only be offered to a maximum of 4 adults. There will be 2 full baths available to Guests.

About The Owner

Aloha All, I am a retired Intel International Program Manager. I have lived in the islands since 1988. I have always loved the ocean and feel there is no better place on earth than the North Shore.

The Owner purchased this estate in 2004
Why The Owner chose Waialua

This is my home. I wanted to a place that was tranquil, private and secluded with lots of natural beauity and sea life. I thought it would be nice to share my little slice of paradise with those who hear the call of the ocean.

What makes this estate unique

My preference is to offer our home to a maximum of 2 adult couples and because of our concern for liability (swimming pool) and exterior 2nd floor Lanai, I will decline bookings involved with children. Mahalo in advance for your kokua (cooperation).

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We really enjoyed our peaceful time here. The views are incredible, you take 10 steps and you're right on the sandy beach. The turtles are amazing! You can spot them everyday....at one point, I counted 12 looking right off our private balcony!

We had a blast snorkeling (using the snorkel gear provided) and found right on Pat's property was a great place to snorkel. Also, a 10 minute drive to Shark's Cove was good too and very much worth while.

Pat's place has all of the amenities of a 5 Star Resort if not more! My skin feels like I've had a spa treatment between the ocean, the heated mineral pool and the soft soft water in the house. Loved it!

Thanks again for all of your hospitality!

Yet again, it was a wonderful time on the North Shore. Your home is paradise for us. The new sliding door system upstairs is perfect for bringing the outside in. As we did last visit, we spent our last night having dinner on your deck/lanai because there is no better restaurant view that right here. Our second visit to your home has been even better than the first. Thanks so much for doing what you do.

Thank you for sharing your home and your personal slice of paradise. Your home is everything you promised and more. We did not want for anything at anytime and clearly stands out from any other experience we have in the past. More importantly you welcomed us and our Hawaiian family, providing us a home away from home over this Easter Holiday.

Each time we visit the Islands we experience something new. For Regina, it was the grey Monk Seal visiting with the older turtle up the beach where we have stayed in the past. We loved meeting your very friendly neighbors and for myself, surfing PIPELINE!
