Pleasing Cape Cod decor with nautical touches. The location is ideal. A short walk to Sea Street beach and a shorter walk to 'the' ice cream shop. House is set back on a quiet circle with little traffic. Kid friendly with plenty of outdoor play room. Living room with bow windows, dining area, functioning fireplace for cosy evenings, and a TV with cable. Complete, well equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has three twin beds and the other bed room has two twin beds. There is an outside shower and a patio with picnic table and grill. This traditional house is perfect for building happy memories.
