Enjoy this beautiful 9-room, ranch style home located on a quiet, residential street. This home sleeps 9 with 4 large bedrooms (2 queen, one full and 3 twin). There are 27” color televisions with DVD or VCR in both the living room and the family room. There are 2 full baths as well as an enclosed 4’ x 8’ outdoor shower w/ hot water. Relax with your morning coffee in the screened sun room and there’s also a patio area with picnic table and gas grill to enjoy your outdoor barbecues. The back yard is very private with plenty of room for children to play. You’ll be close to Nauset Light, Coast Guard and Marconi beaches, which are all part of the Cape Cod National Seashore, as well as 5 bay beaches and many fresh water ponds. The bike trail is right down the street. You’ll be close to restaurants, shops, miniature golf, a driving range, the Wellfleet drive in theater, and much more.

Enjoy biking, jogging, walking, and roller blading on the bike trail. You can charter a fishing boat, kayak or canoe. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets at any of the bay side beaches. The ocean side beaches are popular for surfing and boogie boarding. Take the kids to an old-fashioned drive in movie. There are a variety of nature walks and hiking trails. Visit the famous Nauset Light Beach lighthouse or take in a whale watch excursion from Provincetown (only 20 miles away).
