Bright and sunny Cape house, on quiet, dead end street, offers lots of fun for the whole family. The house has newer granite kitchen, freshly painted interiors, a family game room with pool table, large open yard, hot tub, outdoor shower, 2 decks, central A/C, and satellite TV. The bedroom upstairs has a computer with high speed Verizon internet. The property is south of Rte 28 and is a 5 minute drive to Hardings Beach or Chatham center. The Oyster River boat landing is a 10 minute walk and great for exploring sea life!
