CASA TERRAZAS is a beautiful two story ocean view home, located in the private, gated community of LA PUNTILLA. Just a 5 minute walk on the beach to the new La Cruz Marina & Yacht Club or a 20 minute beach walk to the town of Bucerias.

Casa Terrazas reflects the architecture and brightness one looks for when visiting Mexico. White marble floors, dark wood doors and cabinetry, and a brick pergola ceiling are just some of the unique features. The main floor includes a welcoming two story entry, home office, bedroom, and full bathroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and bar open onto the cantera pool deck and covered outdoor dining/grilling area. The upstairs boasts two additional large bedrooms seperated by a catwalk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, sliding glass doors, built in closets w/lock up, AC, a ceiling fan, and open beamed, spanish tile, vaulted ceilings.

Nearly everything in this home is top of the line: front load high capacity washer and dryer, Sony clock radios, Wolffgang Puck pots and pans, ceramic dishware, glassware, luxury towels and high quality bedding, 42' flat screen TV, phone, fax/printer/copier/scanner, US & Canada satellite TV, WiFi, DVD player, CD player, book exchange, games and more.

Enjoy meals prepared poolside on our stainless steel grill, and served in the shade of our covered outdoor dining area. Party and lounge poolside. Or get away from the action and head upstairs to the large private Master Suite sun deck, overlooking the pool and garden. It's a perfect location for enjoying endless hours of sunshine, beautiful sunsets and Saturday night fireworks on the Bay of Banderas.

About The Owner

We travel to resort destinations often, and wanted to create a similar feeling with our home in Mexico. Furnishings and decor are continuously updated so that your (and our) stay is comfortable and hassle free.

We love to hear from our guests, so any requests or suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated!

The Owner purchased this house in 2006
Why The Owner chose Punta Esmeralda

La Puntilla is a very unique, small, gated and maintained community with a focus on security. No two homes are the same floor plan, and each of the 19 homes has a private pool with shared beach and common areas.

Location, quality, and comfort are key. The location allows for fine dining, convenient shopping, the beach, fishing, and sailing. Trade winds are constant, and the temperature November thru April is around 84 degrees, with little to no rain.

What makes this house unique

In order to maximize views, the oceanfront homes are zero lot line (connected to their neighbors on both sides) and are limited to a single story. While the ocean view homes are stand alone, two stories, with generally larger lots, and no beach traffic.

Our home, pool, and garden are immaculately kept and maintained year round. And our Property Manager is exceptional, should any issues arrise.

Perfect Girls Getaway

This was my first girls trip away from my one year old and it couldn't have been more perfect. We layed out by the sparkling pool every day with cocktails. The bed was super comfy to get lots of hours of uninterrupted sleep. There is easy access to the beach to go for a morning run or walk. Whether you want to take a scenic drive to fine dining or walk over to the yacht club for a wonderful brunch, great food is everywhere! Can't wait to go back.

We wish we were there now! My husband and I spent a week at this wonderful vacation home. It is a lovely , comfortable, airy house with a fantasic pool and patio. Quick walk down to the beach. The owners gave us great reccomondations for nearby restaurants and beaches to explore, which really added to the vacation. We hope to get back there. Roger and Pamela Godfrey

We will definitely stay here again! Our daily walks on the beach to Bucerias and the yacht club were needed after eating at all the great restaurants in Punta de Mita. Had a great time body surfing and swimming nearby at the beach; and also enjoyed daily dips in the pool. Love all the upgrades done... We had stayed in the same house before improvements; and now it feels like a new house.
