This beach house is within a couple minutes walk from beaches and numerous restaurants. Just two miles from the center of downtown. Two of the bedrooms have a private bath. There are two private decks off the back of the house in addition to the huge deck that spans the length of the front. (Great for hosting gatherings up to 40 people) Ask about tent rental and other party resources) There is ample off street parking. Ask about tent rental for the deck. Sheets and towels are included. There is a cleaning fee.

Our home is a great place to host family reunions, rehersal dinners, bridal shows or any small gathering. We like to keep the number of guests to about 40. There is ample off street parking and additional houses next door for larger groups.

There are two additional homes near by for larger groups.

Wish we could have stayed all week!

WOW! Booked this home for the weekend of my best friends Bachelorette party. 10 ladies. First impression, HUGE front deck! Plenty of tables and chairs for BBQ and room and laying out to tan. Little tikki bar for dinks and hanging out at night to chit chat. High bushes surrounding the house, muffles the surrounding noise of the close restaurants and bar action. Which we loved, because walking distance was a piece of cake! The inside of the house was immaculate. super cute and extremely spacious.
Olga is a GEM! she was greatly accommodating and answered every phone call. Gave so many tips on where to eat, dance and even left a card of her go to cab driver, who karted us around late night.
The Bride to be stated, "This was the BEST weekend"
Thank you so much Olga!!! This is a trip we will never forget and we will surely be returning here year after year for a reunion at your home!
If you are ever in Newport this is where you want to stay!

Wonderful house

We had a bachelorette party there and the place was just perfect. It was huge and all 13 of us slept very comfortably. The house was clean and the owner was very easy to work with. The deck was amazing! We could have stayed on it all day. Would def recommend this house to anyone who wants to have an amazing time in the Newport area.

A Great Place

Wonderful house so close to everything. We walked to the beach then walked to lunch then back to the house. There is a great place walking distance to get a cocktail before dinner. Everything you could need. The place was very clean and well put together. Close enough to everything but we had our privacy as well. The owner was charming and pleasant to deal with; she was very flexible with all our needs. Thanks so much we will be back. I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Perfect!!!

Couldn’t have asked for more!!! We rented for a Bachelorette party in later March 2013 and could not have had a better time and this home had a lot to contribute to that. The owner was very friendly, accessible and accommodating. She was very patient with my 100 questions and forthcoming with the house and surrounding area details/information.

The house was spacious and conveniently located. The 3 full bathrooms were also spacious and clean, there were 3 porches that were great to have! Lots of room for parking! The floor plan and furniture made it very easy to settle into, very nice lay out and extremely comfortable… not to mention VERY clean!

You are within a stone throw from restaurants and a convenience store with gas that’s open 24 hours. Very close to the beach and mansion cliff walk and a short drive to the Vineyard and (maybe even walking distance to) Thames Street.

I would highly recommend this home and the working with the owner to anyone! Thank you so much, Olga for an unbelievable weekend!

Great Location

My husband and I rented this house for our wedding for ourselves and part of our bridal party. We called this the bridal party fun house and it certainly lived up to its' name! The location was great and very convenient to the beach. We had our rehearsal dinner catered here and the large deck made an ideal location for the celebration. Everyone commented on how lovely the experience was.

The 3 bathrooms were very much appreciated and it was nice to have a master suite with our own private bathroom! All in all we had a great time and we really appreciated Olga working with us on a half week stay. She was the only owner who would even entertain that option especially with it being Jazz Festival weekend. It made our wedding very memorable and the ample parking was a big bonus as well.

Thanks again and I would def recommend this place to others!
