This beach house is within a couple minutes walk from beaches and numerous restaurants. Just two miles from the center of downtown. Two of the bedrooms have a private bath. There are two private decks off the back of the house in addition to the huge deck that spans the length of the front. There is ample off street parking. Sheets and towels are included.

We came together for our 50th reunion as Registered Nurse's, We were very happy with the accomodations. The house has all of the things needed for cooking and also a washer and dryer is a great help. I must say the beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the beach and resturants. The house was clean and the rooms were ample enough to put an extra air mattress in place. The 3 bathrooms are more than enough for a gathering of friends. Olga was very good to work with and helped us with the planning of our reunion with places to go and things to do. Newport is just up the road with a lot of things to do and see.

Newport's Hidden Rental Gem

A good friend of mine got married in Newport early this September and I was looking for a nice, affordable place, close to the beach, where all the groomsmen could stay for the weekend. This place was everything we could have asked for.

Unlike most Newport house rentals, we were able to rent this house for a weekend (3 nights) without a problem. Most other places we looked at were a one week minimum. The house is in a great location, a stone's throw from Easton's Beach with everything you could possibly need in walking distance (beach, liquor store, bars, 7-11 and a great breakfast place).

The rooms were clean and spacious and the 3 bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding wicked easy. The decor of the place had a great rustic feel to it, great deck with a grill, a true beach cottage. If your looking for a swanky high end vacation house with all the amenities - try Ocean Drive.

Olga (property owner) was great to deal with. She was friendly, responsive and very accommodating. She truly wants everyone who stays at her house to have the best experience possible and she will do whatever she can to make that happen.

Bottom line we had great time here. I would definitely recommend this place, whether its for a weekend or a week.

Great House and Very Helpful Owner

I rented the house for a whole week and had excellent communication with the owner throughout the months leading up to the rental period.

The house is 100% reliable, spacious, comfortable, and has an amazing location in relation to the beach and some of Newport's restaurants.

This charming home is the ideal place to stay when visiting the area. The home is roomy and Olga is a dream to work with. There was not anything more we could have wished for. We had the absolutely best time!

Perfect house in a perfect location in Newport

You couldn’t ask for a better location for a house. The house was rented for several couples Columbus weekend for a friends wedding. The house had everything we needed and then some. It met everyone’s expectations. All we had to do was park the cars in the spacious driveway and either walk to the beach and restaurants or take a 5 minute cab ride into downtown Newport. If you’re looking for a house in Newport this is the place. My favorite feature of the house was the large deck with views of the water. Olga was very helpful with everything and I highly recommend renting this house for whatever your occasion might be. This house has it all!
