This lovely apartment offers the perfect holiday accommodation. It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, right on the seafront corner of the complex so has beautiful sea views from both its terraces. It is also totally private and secure allowing you to sleep at night with the windows open, listening to the sounds of the sea in front. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, which is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc.Also fans, satellite TV, safe, DVD player with film selection, also a book selection. There is a leather sofa bed. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with twin beds and an en suite modern shower room inc a washing machine. Downstairs is a separate WC. On both terraces there are tables and chairs. Cleaning and linen change weekly and towels changed twice weekly. Stairs in apartment. Wifi internet available at reception. Parque Santiago 1, 3 and 4 have probably the best locations for holiday homes in Tenerife. Opposite Santiago 3 is now named Tenerife´s Golden Mile due to the class of restaurants, bars and shops and at night you will certainly see how it gained this name! Opposite Santiago 3 is a lovely white sand beach, swimable all year. And there are several other beaches all in walking distance. The centre of Los Cristianos is a pleasant walk along the seafront as is Las Americas and the pretty promenade in front of the Parque Santiago resorts stretches for miles. Ideal location for wheelchair users as the beach adapted and staffed for disabled clients is close by. Close by are the golf courses, water park, marina etc. Locally there are a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops as well as top entertainment venues, a casino, spa, etc.

Notes: The owner of the apartment lives all year in Tenerife and provides a friendly and helpful service to guests to help you get the most from your holiday. She can recommend bars, restaurants, car hire, excursions etc. And is on call 24 hour in case of emergencies. And is more than happy to provide any extras to make your holiday the best ever possible. There is a gym on Santiago 3 which is free for guests to use. The apartment on Santiago 1 is also lovely, totally equipped on the 2nd and 3rd floors in a private spot, and comes highly recommended, totally refurbished Dec 2007.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: If you are flying into the south airport we also organise pick up and drop off at 25€, no queuing for taxis or scary taxi drivers! Please request on booking

THINGS TO DO IN TENERIFE: If you get bored with relaxing at the pool or beach, there is plenty of ways to amuse yourself in Tenerife. WALKING: The coastline of los Cristianos to Las Americas stretches for miles, and there are beautiful walks up in the hills. Adeje only 10 mins away has a waterfall in its barranco and some excellent restaurants. Ask Jean for more ideas. VISIT THE ZOO-JUNGLE PARK: All ages enjoy this park and only 10 mins away. VISIT LA CALETA: Picturesque fishing village, with great sea food restaurants, and visit the hippies who still live there in caves.A good 2 hr walk. VISIT THE CAPITAL; SANTA CRUZ: Go on a bus or hire a car, lots of shops, museums, theatres, pretty parks and great cafes. CARNIVAL: Dont miss the great carnivals in Feb and march every year, Santa Cruz is the 2nd biggest in the world. LORO PARQUE: With the largest collection of parrots in the world, dolphin shows, seal lion, killer whales etc all set in lush gardens and well worth the trip to Puerto de la Cruz

International, famous for roast lamb, in los cristianos CAFE SLOVAKIA in los cristianos with a set menu daily only 8€ KIKI RIKI, Apollo centre los cristianos, delicious chicken in sauces

MR and MRS PHILPOTT from Oxford write ....We have been coming to Jeans apartment for the last 8 years, most school holidays and whenever we can, Jean always makes us welcome and we love the apartments. You cant better Parque Santiago 4.
MAUREEN AND JACK from Leeds... We always stayed in the studio on Parque Santiago 4 but now we book the 1 bed because we love to sit out and watch the sea and the people walking along the seafront. Jean makes us always welcome and áll her apartments are lovely. We have been coming for 5 years for a month and hopefully many more to come.

Well what can we say, we had an absolutley fabby holiday!! Weather was fantastic, accomodation terrific it was just like being at home only without the central heating having to be on. We stayed in both the duplex and the studio on PS 4 during our holiday and the locations of both were brilliant!! Duplex gave you a sea view and the studio was right next to the pool. The pool bar was great with very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool tables that were available and we felt relaxed and secure with the prescence of the on site security. The pool gaurd took his job very seriously and made good use of his whistle. NO LILOS ALLOWED. The restaurants close by were all very good, we ate mostly in the Safari complex. Biancos was our favourite but they were all very good. Shopping is great but probably not any cheaper than the shops at home. All in all an all round great holiday. We will definatley recommend and will be back ourselves. Jean picked up and dropped us off at the airport which was great, and although we didn't need to contact her for anything while we were there, we were confident that if we did need her she would have been there. Santiago 4 duplex apartment

The duplex apartment in Santiago 4 was clean, well maintained, fairly spacious and in a secure position. It was also very quiet - great to wake up to the sound of the sea. The poolside was also pleasant, but little natural shade. However, the pool at Santiago 3 (a 2 minute walk away) has plenty of that, and a much bigger pool. Jean was extremely friendly and although we did not need to contact her during the stay, I was confident she would have corrected any problems we may have experienced. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk along the promenade but the seabed is very rocky/pebbly. The restaurants are good but some quite pricey - think English prices rather than Spanish. Overall, a lovely apartment in a nice area, would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants a relaxing holiday.

Had one of the best holidays .The Duplex is terrific with absolutely everything you could want for a great holiday. The location is fantastic right beside the beach,it was lovely to sit and watch the waves which you hear at night. Lovely walkways etc. Very near to the supermarket and restaurants The complex is lovely everything kept so clean,Jean is a lovely lady and is very kind and helpful - and full of local knowledge ,could'nt ask for nicer. Unfortunately it was booked for our next holiday ! Have recommeded it to my friends and hope to return at the next opportunity which I hope will be very soon.

Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment on Parque Santiago 4

We have been holidaying in Tenerife for over 30 years and have just returned from Jean's 1 bedroom duplex on PS4. This was our 3rd stay in this apartment in the past 12 months, and we are already booked again for later this year. Parque Santiago 3 and 4 are without question the best apartments in Las Americas. They have everything that you could wish for to make a fantastic holiday - large clean pools, impeccable cleanliness, next to sea, restaurants and shops on hand, and their own security team.

The apartment is bright and airy, although always manages to stay cool in the hottest weather. All mod cons are in the apartment, making it a total home from home (but with the sunshine!). The two terraces overlook the sea and are a great place for breakfast or a cooling drink at any time.

Jean is always so helpful and only a call away if you should need any assistance or advice. We can't wait to return in December, and hopefully for many years to come. Thanks again Jean for everything.
