Location, location:

Just 3 blocks to the beach, this spacious 2000 square foot top floor duplex located in Playa Del Rey can be your Southern California home. The sleepy beach town is hidden near the Ballona Wetlands just minutes from all that Los Angeles has to offer.

Playa del Rey is known to locals for its expansive and unpopulated beaches, coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants. Ideal for an adult getaway or family vacation. Take sunset walks on the beach or picnic at the lagoon park just a stroll away.

Comforts:

The Master bedroom includes a luxurious king size memory foam mattress, fireplace, flat panel television and electric skylight. Pamper yourself in the Jacuzzi tub for two, steam shower, or spa double shower (with room for 4) in the Master Bath.

The second bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, flat screen television and private entrance to the second bathroom. With two airbeds and bedding, the media area may accommodate additional guests. The kitchen includes a convection oven, microwave, electric cook top, dishwasher, and filtered water. Enjoy your meals in the contemporary dining area or on the deck overlooking an open butterfly preserve. The media area has leather theatre seats for six, DVD player and all televisions have deluxe high definition cable with access to movie channels. Wi-Fi and high speed internet access are available.

The home is ideal for folks with allergies as it is designed for minimal dust, has allergen reducing bedding, and no carpets/rugs/pillows. Quote from a recent renter, "I felt so good while staying in your allergy free environment. It really works!"

Wonderful Place to Stay

We highly recommend this home away from home! The owner had such pride in all parts of the apartment and helped us with anything we needed. It was close to the airport but also close to the beach - with a walking trail across the street. The apartment was stocked with extras, like beach towels and chairs. It is centrally located with Hermosa and Manhattan beach on one side and Marina Del Rey and Venice on the other. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in LA!

My first trip to LA was highlighted by a wonderful stay at this location. Everything met and exceeded my expectations and the attention to detail was perfect. It so much nicer to come "home" after a crazy day in the city to this spacious, clean and neat place. Not to mention so much better than a hotel! Its very close to LAX, beaches and touristy destinations. I would def stay here again! Enjoy!

It is an amazing house, newly built by the owner. The living room, kitchen and dining area is well integrated and very spacious. The luxurious furnitures and top-notch entertainment system in each room are unforgettable. We had very pleasant stay. Besides of the incredible building talent, the owner is also very nice and makes great efforts to ensure our comfort and convenience during our stay. He lives very nearby so was able to give immediate helps if we had any questions. Highly recommended!!
