This comfortable beach house in West Dennis is only 300 feet from a private Nantucket Sound beach on a private dirt lane. It is a great family area with a front to back living/dining room that has sliders to a large deck. The deck is complete with a gas grill, table with umbrella and chairs as well as a chaise lounge. It is close to Route 28 which has many restaurants, mini golf courses, ice cream shops and cute stores. Because the beach is on Nantucket Sound, there are only very small waves and the water is warmer than many other Cape Cod beaches. Kids can run back to the house to use the bathroom or grab a snack because there are only 4 other houses between the beach and our house.
