I PURCHASED THE COLUMBIA HIDEAWAY 1 AND HIDEAWAY 2 IN TELLURIDE SINCE THEY HAVE SUCH A FANTASTIC LOCATION...DIRECTLY IN THE CENTER OF TELLURIDE. THEY ARE LOCATED 1 BLOCK OFF OF MAIN STREET, YET ONLY 4 BLOCKS FROM THE GONDOLA AND SKI LIFTS. THEY ARE 2 BLOCKS FROM THE TOWN PARK. RESTAURANTS AND BARS ARE AN EASY STROLL FROM THE COLUMBIA. In addition to all of this the bus stops 1/2 block from the unit. The location is dynamite!!! Guests love staying there since the accommodations are so great.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. TOWN & PARK @ FINGERTIPS. GONDOLA & LIFT 4 BLOCKS AWAY.
IT IS AN EASY PLACE TO STAY AND VERY COMFORTABLE.
nice space and location, but not that clean, dirty underneath the pull out couches (kids cars roll under there) is how we know and the dishes weren't really clean. I understand that it is telluride, but should be a bit cleaner for the money. The pull out sofa beds weren't that comfortable either. Small bathroom and no tub for kids baths. No description for wireless access and other amenities available. Having been an ex-local maybe next time I will ask my friends that are still in town for a place to stay, even though I don't like to take advantage of their typical hospitality and give them a break from putting us up time to time. Some of the pros were the gas fireplace, overall size was good considering and excellent location
Great location in town, but we had the unit that did not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer. Not a deal breaker considering the value, but I was looking for a place that had laundry facilities, and the way this was listed, we were expecting it. The owner told us the nearest laundrymat was in Montrose (we were headed that way anyway). Also, the floors creak, and we heard people in the upstairs unit all night.
This property was perfect! It is located right in the middle of everything and is cute and cozy. The owner was quite gracious, giving us excellent insider information about happy hours, what to do, etc. Will definitely be staying her again!
