Great Location:
The Terraces have a private beach boardwalk to the beach and is the closest oceanfront condo complex to historic Fernandina Beach where you will enjoy sight-seeing, wonderful shops, restaurants, ghost tours, horse drawn carriage rides, marina and deep sea fishing. The 15 unit complex has secure interior hallways, elevator, assigned covered parking and is adjacent to an oceanfront park with volleyball and tennis courts.
The entrance to Fort Clinch State Park is a short walk from our condo and features a historic fort with reenactments, fishing pier and 6 miles of off-road hiking/biking trails. Or walk to the Fort via the beach just remember to take a $1 for the entrance fee. Bird watching, shelling and shark tooth hunting or just hanging out the quiet beach are favorite activities at the park.
Next door to our building is Sandy Bottoms, a casual oceanfront restaurant opening at 11am each offering anything from sandwiches to full dinners and a great view.

Captain's Terrace:
Next door to Captain's Villa is our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, condo which sleeps 6, where every room faces the ocean. We have a large terrace overlooking the beach, see listing #134440. A hotel is being built next door as part of our complex and we will have use of the pool, exercise room and cabana bar in late 2006.
