The Town of Dennis permit only allows for 10 people to stay in the house.
All bedrooms (except smaller downstairs bedroom) have water views. Master bedroom has jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall, and sliding glass door leading to a deck and outdoor shower.
'Other Bedroom' - there are 4 proper bedrooms, but you could put a queen sized Aero Bed (Aero Bed not provided) in the upstairs 'pink' bedroom, in the master bedroom or in the living room.

In addition to Deep Water Dock that can accommodate a motor boat with a 5' draft, the house amenities include: Full kitchen with new electric range/oven, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. New HE front loading washer and dryer. Charcoal grill, nice cast aluminum deck furniture, and 2 chaise loungers on large wrap around deck overlooking large back yard overlooking Bass River. Fireplace in living room. Decks with water views off master bedroom, dining room and living room. Master bathroom has over sized whirlpool/jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. Cable/Color TV, DVD, and telephone (Continental U.S. only). Plenty of off-street parking.
Pillows, blankets, sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided, but tenants must wash/dry and fold before leaving. |
