This recently built (2007) beautiful townhome is the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway anytime of the year! Since it was a model home, it has many luxurious accents that will help to make your vacation memorable and comfortable. It has over 2,600 sq. ft. of living space so up to 10 people will feel that you have plenty of space!
The home overlooks the tennis courts and the 175 acre Big Boulder Lake and beach, which are a walk (or a very short drive) away in the summer. At the Lake Mountain Club, there is a heated pool and baby pool and boats available for rental by the hour. Tennis courts are available, at no charge, both behind our home and at the Lake Mountain Club. Passes to the club are included in your rental.
In the winter you can be at the ski slopes in under 5 minutes. From our outside deck, you will have a beautful view of Big Boulder Mountain. A few steps inside and you are back sitting next to the fireplace.
Nearby are two great golf courses, Split Rock and and the new 5 Star Jack Frost National. Both present challenges to golfers and offer beautiful vistas. You can also enjoy hiking, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, 2 casinos, movie theatres,bowling,and great visits to nearby State Parks and the new water park at Split Rock Lodge. Come see all the area has to offer you!
There are 3 floor of living in our home. On the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with a beautiful gas fireplace and a powder room. Also on the entry floor is a master bedroom suite featuring a soaking tub, a 20 inch TV and a king size bed. In the living room, there is a 42 inch plasma TV with DVD player and a CD/Stereo system. From the kitchen, there is a walkout to our deck with an outdoor table and chairs and gas operated grill for cooking out anytime of the year.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a tv and one with 2 twins and a TV.
The walkout basement has been converted into a family room with a 42 inch TV/DVD. A pool table, and dart board complete the recreation area. You will also find 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen bed and a TV and one with twin beds and a TV. Wireless internet service is available throughout the house.
One of the best features of this 3 floor home is that you can be together as a group and yet have space to be apart and have privacy.
We prefer 1 famiy or 2 small families or groups of mature couples. We do not allow smoking or pets and prefer tenants over the age of 25 years. We ask that you take care of our home as if it is your own.
