This lovely five master bedroom - ocean home is located in Swan Beach (Carova Beach- Corolla, NC (OBX). This wonderful home is only 3 miles off the paved road, and accessible by 4-wheel drive only. This home is situated on a high lot offering ocean views and sound-side sunsets. Less than 300 feet to the ocean!! Two level of sun decks face the ocean. Private heated pool with a hot tub, High Speed wireless Internet. (Mgmt Company: http://www.twiddy.com/homes/4x4/swan-beach/serendipity.aspx ) Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra charge! Entry level has a half bath with washer & dryer. Second level has four master bedrooms (each with their own full bathroom). The upper level offers a king size master suite with a Jacuzzi tub, and an open and airy great room with fireplace, large kitchen, sun room and half bath.

Take a short drive to Kitty Hawk, NC to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kitty Hawk. Some of the local attractions include the Corolla wild horses, kayak tours, para sailing, water sports, an 18 hole golf course, the Currituck lighthouse, Penny's Hill (the 2nd largest sand dune on the outer banks). Corolla also offers a variety of dining experiences from family dining to gourmet, and all are casual. The town also offers lots of shopping opportunities with anything you could want from gift shops, art galleries, gift shops, jewelry & clothing boutiques to surfing & fishing supply stores. The house met all of our expectations and more! We had a very wonderful relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful, and were in awe everyday with the horses. We were a little intimidated at first when we saw the back "roads" of the beach to get you to the house, but as long as you have the right car and follow the instructions, you'll be fine. Our whole group loved it, and can't wait till next year. I miss it so much already!

One tip, Watch out for ticks! I wasn't expecting this being at the beach, but we had a lot of ticks, and doing a check when we returned from vacation, my son had 2, husband and dog each had one.
