Our professionally decorated town home is located at one of the most desirable locations in town, at the base of Ajax Mountain. A short walk takes you to the center of town to enjoy Aspen's famed shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Our tri-level home has four bedrooms; two are located on the first level, and two master bedrooms are on the third level. Each of the four bedrooms has its own attached bathroom. The living room with its fireplace, the dining area, and large gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops are all open to each other. You can enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. For ski enthusiasts, a ski trail located across the street takes you to the Silver Queen Gondola, or Chairlift 1A is easily accessed one block in the opposite direction. The bus terminal is one-half block away, which takes you to the surrounding areas of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Come and enjoy our home! I rented this unit during Feb. 2008 with my adult son, my best friend and her adult son. Both of our boys brought girlfriends. Though not large, it is very thoughtfully designed and totally comfortable. The furnishings and finishes are well above "rental quality" and very well maintained. We had two small maintenance problems that were handled immediately. It is not at all dated and a pleasure to rent. We were able to walk to all our first choice restaurants as well as the slopes, grocery store, bus stop for skiing locations other than Ajax. We, as a group, go on a ski trip annually and I would say this is one of the best rentals we have ever had.
