Description of the Centerville vacation house rental
This upscale home is walking distance to Craigville Beach in Nantucket Sound. It's located on a private way nestled in quiet surroundings with magical water views encompassing the property. Every room has a view to the water.
This Cape Ranch has an open floor plan well-suited for entertaining or family-time fun. The sliding glass doors from the living room lead to a flagstone patio that makes barbecuing a real treat.
The kitchen is classic Cape Cod style with bead board cabinets and accent moldings, all integrated with top-quality appliances and fixtures. It is fully supplied with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, blender, toaster, etc.
Throughout the house there are oak hardware floors, white paint on doors and trim, and new wallpaper with pleasing colors taken from ocean and beach themes.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a small, but adequate full bathroom. The other two bedrooms each contain two twin beds. A Graco Pack 'n Play is available too.

Craigville beach is located on Nantucket Sound and is one of the nicest beaches on the mid-cape. Trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard are easily accomplished with the Ferry from Hyannis Harbor. Downtown Hyannis has top restaurants and shopping. This home is smoke-free and pet-free. Our guests really appreciate this.
