Luxury Hi-rise condo right on the beach at SeaWatch in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Indoor pool & jacuzzi totally furnished. 15 minutes to Portland, Park your car & walk to everything. Two parking spaces with unit, We fell in love with it!! Just bring your toothbrush. Washer dryer dishwasher, balcony overlooking 7 miles of sandy beach watch the sunset at night from your balcony and fireworks on Thursday Night. Walk to Ocean Playland at night with the children for rides and fried dough. Listen to the ocean surf at night while you sleep and watch the moon over the ocean its breathtaking!!! While sipping wine from your own balcony while the children sleep!!

Their are many public golf course's in Old Orchard, also you may go on many day trips from Portland harbour, which is 15 minutes away. deep sea fishing and ferry trips. Old Orchard Beach is a wonderful 7 mile sandy beach great for walking or sunbathing, we have fireworks every Thursday night through the summer season. You can walk up to the boardwalk from the condo at night and eat fried dough or fried clams and ice cream. ther are many restaurants in walking distance if you don't want to cook. The condo is very elegant with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

This 1200 sq foot condo sits directly on the beach. 2 bedroom and two baths with all the luxury of home!! washer & dryer dishwasher, totally furnished all you need is your food and we have several markets close to the Condo. Sit on your balcony and watch the moon over the ocean and sipping your glass of wine, It is a perfect setting for a romantic or family vacation . The children can be playing on the beach and you can watch them from your balcony.

Notes: We have totally furnished unit, just bring your beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. You may bring your own food but there are several markets within a few miles and many convience stores. There are many dinner and breakfast restaurants within walking distance to the condo, also take out and delivery services. The Old Orchard Playland is within an easy walk in the evenings so the children can enjoy the Amusement Rides and cotton Candy, every Thursday Night you can watch the Fireworks from your beautiful Balcony as the moon is coming over the ocean, it is breathtaking!!

We have rented in the Sea Watch Tower for 5 years and love it. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 young children. This is truly the place to stay for a beach vacation. The coast line is beautiful and the kids have so much fun playing in the sand, splashing in the waves and collecting seashells. The property is truly right on the beach and the balcony overlooks the beach and the pier so you can see the fireworks every Thursday night during the summer. Also, the end of the beach where the condo is is highly desirable as it is a very short walk to the carnival, yet it is far enough away so that you don't have to deal with the crowds and the noise of the carnival at night. There is also an indoor pool which is the best if you get a rainy day! The interior of the condo is clean and comfortable. Everything we needed to prepare meals was there. There were even movie DVDs, books, puzzles and more to keep my kids busy! The owners have always been a pleasure to work with and helped orient us to the area on our first visit. I would highly recommend the condo to any family looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
