The perfect family beach vacation spot with quiet beach on the bay, pool in summer, fishing pier, tennis courts, less than a mile to Cape Henlopen State Park with vast ocean beaches, biking, hiking and nature programs. Views of wonderful sunsets from a deck and the Cape May/Lewes Ferry. Minutes to heart of Lewes with its shops and excellent dining options, 15 minutes to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and entertainments and minutes to the Outlet Malls for some shopping. On the top level, this townhouse has a master bedroom with bath and a beautiful view of the bay; in addition to a second bedroom and bath. The middle level includes a large kitchen with dining, a living room and two decks, one with bay view. The bottom level has a bedroom and ½ bath plus a utility room with full size washer and drier. Outdoor shower and partially covered parking for two cars.

You will find exciting activities for the whole family or just a nice quiet time to relax. Enjoy the beach and the gentle waves of the bay or go a mile to Cape Henlopen State Park and frolic in the ocean waves. Enjoy the history of Lewes, the first town in the first state, with its historic buildings, antiquing and crafts or shop in the boutiques and enjoy some of the best restaurants you'll find. Bike around the state park or through and around the town, hike in the park or stroll along the beach. There are water parks, amusement rides and cinemas within 10 minutes along with the Rehoboth Outlet Malls (and tax free shopping). Rehoboth Beach is only 15 minutes with away with its ocean front boardwalk activities. Golf, dolphin and whale watching tours, charter fishing, boat rentals, kayaking and jet skis are all in the area. If that isn't enough you can take the ferry across the bay to Cape May, NJ. This is a place you can enjoy year after year, we do.

Wonderful accomodations. Very clean, plenty of room for our party of 6. The men loved the pier for fishing and watching the ferry. Lots of horseshoe crabs and sea shells along the beach. Henlopen state park is right up the road and has lots of activities daily for kids, including free biking, and the ocean. Great quiet family location, minutes from the Tanger outlets. Owners were very friendly and professional.
