You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy the amenities- this first floor unit offers amenities such as swimming pools, tennis courts and fitness center all within wooded-like surroundings. It is only a few minutes drive to the beach, Barefoot Landing, restaurants, and endless entertainment and beautifully decorated in southern country comfort style. This 1100 sq. ft. condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area and screened in porch in the rear along with extra cabinet units for storage.

Tidewater Grounds.: The grounds at Tidewater Golf Plantation are beautifully landscaped and lush with green shrubbery, the original tall Southern Pine Trees, and colorful flowering plants. There is plenty of shade for long walks, jogs or bike rides.

Pool and Cabana: There are two main pools and various smaller pools. There is one pool for each complex. Each offers plenty of sunshine, shade, tables, and lounge chairs. The owners' pool is strictly for Tidewater owners. Guests are only allowed when accompanied by owner.
