Tampa Vacation Rental house

We spent a week at this property and enjoyed it very much. Pool was clean , House layout is great with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house . Wish I had brought my boat as this would have added to this
trip ! Owners are true to their word and that is refreshing in itself. Will stay here again given the chance.

We have spent 3 weeks per summer for the last three summers at this home and love it. The pool with the view of the canal is relaxing and serene. The neighborhood is extremely quiet.

However, if you want to do anything ~ from the beach to dining to slots to shopping ~ it is all within short driving distance.

The house and pool are well maintained and the owners are extremely responsive to any problems that arise - no matter how small.

This property is exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. This was the second time we have stayed in this property and it felt like coming home. Grocery and discount stores are nearby and although some driving is required to reach the beach or Disney World, the location of this property allows for many day trip options with the knowledge that a night swim awaits your return. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool is quite private and well lite. in addition, the canal is a constant source of interest and we were able to observe fish, dolphin and this visit, even a manatee. The kitchen is well furnished and although the linens are not five star quality, they are adequate and plentiful. The property was clean, well maintained and the owners are very personable and responsive. This property would be suitable for almost anyone, although families with young children might need to be extra vigilant around the pool and entering the home could be difficult for those that are in a wheelchair. However, I believe the open layout of the home would allow for a wheelchair to maneuver within the home once inside. Overall, this is a lovely property that I can recommend for almost anyone and our family looks forward to staying here again.
