This wonderful property is located at Bradford Street Extension. A quiet one floor condominium with a nice size bedroom with queen size bed, slider out to terrace facing woods, full bathroom with tub and shower, a large living room, eat-in kitchen area, vaulted ceilings. Ample parking and easy access to the local beaches and walking distance to center of town. Has central AC, TVs with DVD. Bright beautiful kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. One of the nicest features is there is space around property for easy access and to enjoy the ocean/bay breezes.

I love this place. Quiet end of town. Restaurants, bicycle rental and "corner store" nearby. Beach within walking distance and so is town. Clean and neat. Everything works well. Parking is more than ample. Central Air and Heat.

Great place for a P town get away

We loved P town, the condo and felt is was a great location. The property was nicely decorated and had a private balcony looking out to the woods. We could walk into town for dinner and easily ride our bikes to the beaches. Yet the location was far enough out of the central part of town to have quiet. The only down side was Bradford extention had enough traffic on it you could hear the cars passing. I would stay there again.
