Nice apt at great location
Gabriel - When we planned our trip, there was not much time left. I found this place on this website and contacted Gabriel for renting it. He was very nice and guided at every step of the rental process. He was quick on responding to my calls and provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment in his rental agreement.
Location - The apartment is located right on main street, close to walgreens, pizza hut, taco bell. There are many other shops and casinos at walking distance. We liked the accesibility to nearby utilities.
Apartment - The apartment is nice, it has all the basic stuff. But I would say that the online photos misguided us. Apt does not looks as modern and picture perfect as it is shown online. So keep your expectations a little low compared to what you see online. The apt had beach chairs, umbrella and saved few extra bucks for us. Free parking was great. Rooms are decently sized, with working furniture but you can see the dust, thanks to not so great job by the cleaning crew.
Utilities - TV had basic local channels, no cable to watch US channels, which we did not missed. Only thing that we missed was missed was internet, which is basic in US and was very important for us.
Conclusion - Bottomline we enjoyed our stay. Location of the apartment and easy access to beach overtook missing internet, not so great job by the cleaning crew and mismatch between online photos and reality. I would still want to go back.

In respect to the condo not being modern. The kitchen, bathroom and furniture has not changed since the photos where taken. It is impossible to have the same bedroom comforter set as the one pictured when I am continuously replacing them.
As far as the dust is concerned, the third party cleaning company does there best in maintaining the condo but when you live so close to the beach...the minute you open the windows and or doors the dust quickly settles and there is really not much you can do about it unless you want to spend your vacation cleaning dust all day.
Even though you might have missed having internet access inside the condo, there is free wifi downstairs in the buildings Bistro Sidewalk Cafe. Have a cup of coffee on me and receive free wifi access.
