Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. The kitchen is brand new with all new appliances. Ideal for both light and heavy cooking. The condo has 2 new very quiet ( mini split) remote air conditioners, a private pool for guest only, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24 hour doorman/ security guard.
