About Wanda Pinkham
Bill is a small business owner and has always shown an interest in Maine's beautiful waterfront properties. We thought building rental cottages would not only be a good investment but they would allow us to enjoy them as well.
We have built two cottages since 2004 and have met wonderful people from all over. This is a great way to invest but also enjoy along the way.
Wanda Pinkham purchased this cottage in 2006
Why Wanda Pinkham chose Acadia National Park
Bill and I love the ocean and this property was the perfect location for our second rental cottage. It has a great view of Western Bay and Acadia Mountains. There is a lot of wildlife in this area and we enjoy watching the seagulls, ducks, deer and the chipmunks as they visit on occasion.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Bill & Wanda,
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing cottage with us! We had a blast between hiking, kayaking, shopping and a ferry tour at Bar Harbor, we were always busy. Maine is such a beautiful state and your cottage definitely made our experience here in Maine even better! And the seafood here is wonderful! We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again Wanda & Bill, it truly is a beautiful home!
