Our ground floor condo fronts on the beautiful Waikoloa Village Golf Course. As our guests you will enjoy Discounted green fees. The practical amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed WiFi Internet connection and local calling, full entertainment electronics, all bed and bath linens, beach towels, chairs, etc. and washed/dryer. Both the living room and master bedroom have lanais with stunning views of the ocean and the 9th fairway. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is a few steps from the second bathroom. Both bathroom have tub/shower enclosures. The second bathroom contains the washer/dryer. The kitchen includes all small appliances, microwave, dishwasher and other typical utensils. The kitchen bar seats two and the adjacent dining area seats four. The larger of the two lanais is accessed from the living room, and is equipped with a wet bar. The sunsets from here are beautiful every day.

Our condo is located in Waikoloa Village at about the 1,000 foot elevation. The Waikoloa Village Golf Course is your back yard. As our guest you will receive a discounted rate of $60 rate with cart. The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a ten minute walk or a couple minute drive. Located in the center are a grocery store, several restaurants, bank, and many other small businesses you may need. We are about 15 minutes from Hapuna State Beach and 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A Bay), two of the best beaches in Hawaii. It's about the same distance to the Waikoloa Beach Hotel area. The Kings Shops shopping area is here with great restaurants and lots of shopping. Waimea, home of the world famous Parker Ranch, is a 15 minute drive. There are great shops and restaurants and two large grocery stores. Kona is about a 30 to 40 minute drive. There is lots of shopping and restaurants in Kona.

  • Typical reservations require a minimum five nights stay. A three night stay can be reserved when it fills a gap between other scheduled reservations.
    A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation and is nonrefundable 90 days prior to your scheduled check in.
    The balance of your rental is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to check in. A refundable security deposit of $250. is required.
    There is a $50. cancellation fee. There is a $15 per person, per day charge, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowable.
