House is 50 feet from the water. A boat dock is furnished. There are two swimming areas, one in the cove and the other is on the other side of the point with a diving board. There is a clay tennis court for playing. The property is located on Meadow Point at Hulletts Landing. The house comes with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is plenty of golfing opportunities as well as outlet shopping.
