Located at Stony Point, directly on Lake Ontario. The cottage is 40’ from the lake, with 50 feet lake frontage. You may enjoy an evening fire, BBQ, or meal on the beachfront. The beach is level rock, gently sloping off into the water, without any quick drop-offs. The cottage faces west, overlooking Lake Ontario and Stony Island. You will love the gorgeous nightly sunsets. Our public road is perfect for long walks, biking, rollerblading or jogging. State Park access is within walking distance. Stony Point is approximately 5 miles from Henderson Harbor, 70 miles from Syracuse, and 20 miles from Watertown. The cottage is convenient for day trips to Alex Bay, Thousand Islands, Sackets Harbor, and Kingston. Nearby Henderson Harbor is a launching point for leisure activities such as game fishing charters, and yachting. Several golf courses are within a half hour. In addition to the lake, there are numerous channels and marshes nearby for fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $300 refundable security deposit, returned within one week after departure inspection.

    Deposit of one half of rental fee is required to reserve your dates. The cottage will be held off the market 5 days pending receipt of deposit. Balance is paid by cash or money order at arrival. Upon collection of deposit a confirmation letter and cottage rental agreement will be sent to you. Deposits are not refundable.

    Rental week begins Saturday at 2 pm and ends the following Saturday at 10 am.

    Cottage sleeps eight. Maximum occupancy, including guests, per day, is ten.

    Linens are not provided.

    Campers, trailers and subleasing are not permitted. No smoking. No pets.
