Are you looking for the perfect spot for your family's summer vacation? This charming home is just what you're looking for! Walk 50 sandy steps to Nantucket Sound. Private beach has a quiet, calm surf so that even the smallest beach goer is able to wade in the water or sit at the water's edge. Close proximity to the beach is a real plus for families with small children who need snacks, naps, or just a break from the sun. No need to pack beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys - this home has it all. There are baby products available. Relax, read, watch TV, or play in the spacious family room, complete with brand new comfortable furniture, games and books for fun family time. This home has versatile bed combinations and even a 'pack n play' for your baby or toddler. Four bedrooms are upstairs. Two rooms have double beds, one room has twin beds, and one room has 2 twin beds and bunk beds (great for the kids). There is plenty of bedroom space for older kids to have their own space.

This West Dennis home is in a great location. Short ride to many wonderful family restaurants and activities. After a full day at the lovely private beach, the kids will love the bumper boats, mini golf, trampolines and arcades that are near by. Browse the wonderful shops, filled with Cape Cod charm. Take a short drive to catch the ferry to Monomy Island or Martha's Vienyard. Bring your bikes and take a nice family ride on the nearby bike path (a 5 minute car ride away). Provincetown is a scenic 1/2 hour ride away and will provide a fun filled day of site seeing or take a tour of the dunes.!

Fun in the sun: This charming home, located on a quiet family street, has access to a private beach. Just 50 sandy steps from the front door, this great beach is perfect for your family. The water is calm so that children can splash and play, float on rafts, or snorkel. There are lots of beach chairs, beach toys and boogie boards at the house so feel free to enjoy! After a fun day at the beach, make a great dinner on the gas grill and go back to the beach for some kite flying or a nice sunset walk. In addition to the private beach, the West Dennis public beach is located just around the corner and has a nice kite flying area, snack bar and swing sets. The Lighthouse Inn which is also around the corner has boating and jet skiing activities. All this just a 5 minute walk away!!

Quiet neighborhood: This home is a new rental property. It has been lovingly cared for and maintained by the same family for almost 40 years. The home is one of only 5 on this quiet street with the beach located at the end of the road. It's an ideal location for families with children since the road is quiet with only cars from the other 3 homes passing the house.
