Completely renovated, just like new, wonderful home on private cul-de-sac 3/4 of mile from Nauset Beach. Located right off Beach Road in lovely East Orleans. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, each with new air conditioning unit. One with 2 sets of bunks, each with a twin and full futon. Over sized full bath upstairs. Master with queen. Brand new kitchen with all modern appliances. Bright and cheery dining area right off kitchen with new table and chairs. Just finished basement for rainy days, or for the kids to play! Washer and dryer as well. Family room with TV/VCR/DVD and stereo with french door to large private deck. Lovely pond views and completely private yard. Swing set, wicker chairs and hammock to watch the kids play, or to relax away the day. Over sized outside shower. Just the perfect house in the perfect location! Linens and high speed Internet access included.

Clean, quiet, perfect for family

We spent a week here in August - Wow! What a lovely little home! The owners have thought of just about everything. Tastefully decorated and very clean, this 2 bedroom home is less than a mile from Nauset beach. It's on a quiet road, with very little traffic. The outdoor play set was a huge hit with our 3 year old son! He also loved the play room set up in the basement, complete with a toddler sized play table, as well as a multipurpose play table that would be great for older kids. This house was our home away from home - just thinking about it makes me miss our wonderful week at the beach!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
