Enjoy beautiful ocean views of Ridgevale Beach from the second floor, less then 60 second walk to one of the most family friendly Cape Cod beaches. Children play in tidal estuary and adults enjoy ocean side. Beach house is located on a double lot, ideal for playing children with additional room in back yard. A 2-level porch with screened in room is ideal for evening dinners. Inside large dinner table, living room with new flat screen cable TV & wireless high speed internet access. Additionals include air conditioning, outdoor shower, washer/dryer and grill. In June, July & August Ridgevale Beach snack bar is open with kayaks and sailboats available at additional charge. Better hurry this property books early every season!

Chatham is the quintessential Cape Cod village with a beautiful tree-lined Main Street with quaint shops and restaurants. Ridgevale Beach is the perfect combination of ocean side and tidal basin estuary beaches. The ocean offers fresh breezes and gentle waves while the tidal side provides warm water with a gentle current flow and shallow sandy shoals teaming with tidal sea life. Ideal for ocean sailing and tidal kayaking. Ridgevale Beach has a snack bar for lunch and our beach house is close enough for bathroom breaks and afternoon naps. No need to use the Ridgevale beach parking ($), which also limits the number of beach goers. A private association wooden bridge is available to walk to a more secluded section of the beach.

Cozy but spacious

This house was so cozy but with plenty of room and so nicely decorated. It was a great location and so close to a beach that had so many activities. We felt like we were on a beach resort. Had a great balcony too with nice views.
