Great view of the ocean, short walk to the beach. Community amenities include a large swimming pool, showers and restrooms at the pool, and lagoon. Master bedroom, a large loft room with its own bath. Central A/C and heat. There is a large deck facing the pool, lagoon and Gulf. Unit is furnished with bedding, bath towels and all kitchen utensils. Satellite TV (Dish Network with HBO), DVD & CD. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and disposal. Queen size bed in large master bedroom. Two double beds in loft bed room, Hide-a-bed in living room. Two full baths with tubs & showers. Towels & linens provided. (no maid service). If you want to get away from the crowds this is the place. We have over 20 miles of beach that you can drive on so it is no problem finding seclusion. Great place for birding, fishing, swimming and beach combing. Matagorda is not a clone of Galveston. If you you are looking for a party place this is not for you.

We had a wonderful time in Condo 1. We had a teacher retreat and celebrated a 70 year old birthday, a recent marriage, a surprise pregnancy, and an anniversary. The view was great, the beach was beautiful and the weather cooperated. Our accomodations were everything we had hoped for. We will return. Thank you for everything!

Our family stayed for a week in Condo#2 in Sept. The children are still talking about what a great time we had together. The condo was wonderfully supplied with all the comforts of home. Except for dodging a few mosquitos, thanks to Hurricane Ike, everything was great. The beach was the most beautiful we have seen. We had a great stay and plan to come back. Thanks.

We stayed in condo #2 for 3 nights in July. Wish we
could have stayed longer. Everything was like home
inside and like a vacation outside. The pool was so
clean, our view was great and being so close to the

Me and my family celebrated my 17th anniversary here and we had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and very accomadating. We had a beautiful view. Each morning was very relaxing sitting on the deck drinking coffee and enjoying the morning breeze. My children had a great time in the beautiful pool and loved to watch the turtles in the lagoon. Thanks so much for such a terrific vacation.

We were just looking for a quiet place to spend some family time. We stayed in condo #2 right after Labor Day. The condo was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The beach was also pretty unpopulated.
