Description of the Hiawassee vacation cabin rental
'Black Bear Cabin' is located on 5 acres with the Upper Hightower River flowing 50 feet from the cabin. Trout fishing is permitted! Our 3/2 cabin sleeps 1-10 people. Cabin amenities include: Jacuzzi on our covered porch, wood burning fireplace, satellite TVs, video games, air hockey, and grill/picnic area. Our cabin is kept immaculately clean with mountain decorations and solid log beds. We are located 6 miles from downtown Hiawassee so we are close enough to the city to enjoy the conveniences of normal life, but far enough out to enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings of the Smoky Mountains.

If less then 3 weeks, a full refund will be due if all dates are rerented, partial refund if partial dates are rerented, no refund if no dates are rerented. Holidays/Georgia Mtn. Fair must be made 1 month prior to arrival for a full refund. If less than 1 month then same rules apply.
