A 125 year old classic white home with central air-conditioning is located on a large corner lot on Old Harbor Road. The 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home has an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, chalkboard, table seating for 7, and oak cabinets. The white plantation shutters throughout accent brightly decorated rooms. So whether it's a 'stay at home' or an 'on the move' vacation, the Harrington House is the perfect location. An easy sidewalk venture 3 blocks to the downtown rotary, you'll find Main street shops, restaurants, Library, Oyster Pond, and Band Concert Pavilion. Going a few blocks in the other direction you'll discover the fish pier, a golf course, Chatham A's Ballpark. public tennis courses and 3 playgrounds. It is a short driving distance (or long walk) to Lighthouse Beach. In all, Harrington House's location and appointments provide an easy way for a family to share the joys of Chatham.

  • Secure Property by submitting a check for 1/2 of total rate + $200 security deposit. One month prior to occupancy, full payment is due (I/2 of total rate + $125 cleaning fee). Security deposit of $200 will be returned within 14 days of stay (assuming house is left in clean and orderly condition).
  • The cleaning fee is for laundry and house servicing. We expect our guests to leave the house clean and tidy.
