Much loved family summer home- Spectacular setting right on the lake. Quiet, views of water everywhere. Lovely stone walls, patio and outdoor stone fireplace. Gated play yard for small children. Close to the outside world, but with a feeling of being a world away. Not a neighbor in sight. This is not a party house, but a family home. Quiet neighborhood! Room for a 25ft boat at the dock. Built in 1901, this traditional New England summer camp has been updated to make it an easy place to be, but maintain it's old world charm.

Though this property is secluded it is by no mean isolated. A small family run convienience store with an excellent deli is 5 minutes away and down town Laconia, Merideth and Weirs Beach are only 15 min. away. Because of it's location, getting to the house is easy and mostly highway driving. It is a little under 2 hours from Boston, 1 hr and 40 min are on the highway.
Families return year after year:
Our goal is to have families or couples return year after year. We have a local care taker who takes out the trash, mows the lawn and will be able to help you out if the is a problem. Our house keeper has been cleaning our home for three years and does an excellent job.
