Walk to private access beach or relax at your private tropical pool and patio. This charming comfortable beach area house has a sophisticated, yet laid-back ambiance in an upscale, residential area. The 4th lot from the Ocean, This is a true Beach House. House has three TV sets on satellite, high speed cable internet. Master bedroom has king bed. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds. Sleeper Sofa in the family room. One bathroom has tub with shower. Second bathroom has shower no tub. Beach shower is on side of house. Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, stove, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and glasses. Linens and towels provided. Washer & dryer.

Requirements for Rental: We do Not Rent to Spring Breakers, Proms or under 25 year old renters. This quiet residential upscale area is very family friendly and safe. Tropical Good Time- Peace and quiet for all!! owner not responsible for Non working utilities due to problems of such utilities' Credit card is required upon check in for damage deposit.

Rental Rate, Deposit & Refunds: A deposit is due to Book the house and secure the reservation. Full Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds less than 60 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days will require a forfeiture of $500.00 of your deposit. By signing the rental agreement, you agree that you have either seen the house or you accept the house in it's condition. Once you arrive at the house, there are no refunds whatsoever. If you do not abide by the rules of the house or neighborhood and there is a problem that requires the authorities to ask you to stop, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund of rental amount

What an amazing property!

This home was WAY beyond my expectations! The home itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable. But the best part of it was lush landscaping and the pool! The backyard felt like an isolated island with a wonderful pool, and landscaping that wrapped around the entire exterior of the yard, completely isolating you from all outside influences. There were a myriad of tropical lizards, geckos, butterflies and even parrots that came to roost in the evening. Sitting under the covered patio, enjoying a drink and a cigar was incredibly relaxing! Even the front yard was completely fenced and landscaped to isolate you from the outside world that we were so desperately trying to escape.

The house was only about 7 or 8 houses from the Private Access beach. The beach was beautiful and had very few other people on it (good for quiet relaxation, but not so good if you like to people watch).

The location is easy to access and has virtually anything you could need close by. It was an easy drive to any restaurant, Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Charter Fishing, etc...

I highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Great vacation house for families

We have a family with 6 children and had more than enough room in this beautiful house! The pool was private. We loved grilling out on the patio. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need from linens and towels to games and pool toys. Even had a wine glasses and a corkscrew for our romantic evenings! Everything was decorated nice. There was always room to sit or play at the semi private beach. The kids loved going there and it was nice and close to the house. Neighbors were nice too and gave us suggestions on places to visit while we were there. We would recommend this to anyone that likes to have a house they can cook at while on vacation instead of a hotel and eating out. Great for families! Thanks for a great stressfree vacation!

We had a great time staying at this house. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and cooking out. Most everything you would need is in the house and it was very clean. I loved the privacy and it was very quiet. The only thing that would have made it a little nicer was if the 4 bicycles didn't have flat tires. There was a bicycle pump but it didn't work. But overall it is a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone.
