Cape Cod style cottage, located on Doane Way in prestigious Nauset Heights in Orleans, near Nauset Beach, one of the Cape's nicest beaches, and overlooking the Mill Pond, a beautiful tidal cove. The property contains two downstairs bedroom, with bath, and large upstairs room, ideal as a hangout and bunk room for children. TV and video in living room. Large kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and outside shower.

The cottage is located near Nauset Beach in Orleans, MA on the Lower Cape. Orleans is adjacent to the National Seashore which extends from Eastham to Provincetown. Whale watching is available from boats out of P-town. There are bike trails throughout the area and there is a natural museum in Brewster, an adjacent town. Orleans has many shops and numerous excellent restaurants. Charter fishing boats are available at Rock Harbor for bass and blue fishing in Cape Cod Bay. Orleans offers a magnificent ocean beach as well as ponds and the Bay beaches which are ideal for children.
