Arrangements by phone only. Charming 3-Bedroom+ house available for season only. Secluded, colorful, country house on 1/2 acre. South of highway, very short walk to village, jitney and market. Bike ride to beach. Giant maples, big windows, 12 ft. sliding glass doors. Large living/dining room (18' x 30') with 20 ft-high (working) adobe fireplace. 3 bedrooms plus a small sleeping loft. 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor enclosed shower. All amenities: AC wall units in bedrooms, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable, ceiling fans, brick patio, deck off bedroom, outdoor furniture, barbecue grill, beach chairs. No pets or groups. Owner has no email access so reservations can ONLY be made by phone.
