Next to Cocoa Beach Pier! This unit is spectacular, loaded with amenities and newly renovated. Included are a 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player, full digital cable channels, wireless Internet, granite counters, tile throughout, full size washer and dryer, king bed in master bedroom, and 2 full size beds in bedroom two. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and in bathroom. The property is beach and pool front. Custom kitchen with full appliances. Ice maker, including crushed ice. All linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, boom box for the beach, fishing poles, tackle, etc. all included in this special family spot. There is also a small putting green just off the balcony.

Follow route 528 east from the Orlando airport. this will take you into cocoa beach, A1A. look for the *pier* sign on your left, take a left. See Ocean and the Cocoa Beach Club in front of you, on the ocean. This is unit#217.
