Our 700 sq. ft. corner condo is located on a well lit street in the heart if the popular Isla Verde tourist area. We offer high-speed Internet access, ceiling to floor double sliding glass doors in both the living room and bedroom, providing spectacular views of the beautiful blue-green ocean and inviting sandy beach below. Expect exceptional views at each sunrise and sunset! You may not want to leave the condominium and just kick back and relax with your beverage of choice and let the warm ocean breeze and the gentle sound of the surf do their thing on your senses. When you are ready to join in the beach scene we have beach and lounge chairs and beach towels available for your use. Should you opt for a dip in the private swimming pool and soak up some rays in a more private setting, just bring a towel as lounge chairs are readily available poolside. Hotel casinos, major restaurants, fast food outlets, a supermarket, an ATM, and a pharmacy, are all within walking distance.

Dining and Shopping: Major hotels with fine dining and casinos, well known restaurants, major fast food outlets, i.e. Burger King, Wendy's, KFC, Long John Silver's, Taco Bell, McDonald's, etc., along with general shopping, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, grocery stores, supermarkets and ATM's are all within a very short walking distance. Sam's Club, Costco, and Wal-Mart stores as well as the Plaza Las Americas Mall are available but you'll need a rental car, take a taxi, or the take the city bus for 75 cents.

Attractions: You will also need transportation to visit the numerous unforgettable attractions that this tropical paradise has to offer. To name a few of my favorites, be sure to tour the Bacardi Rum Factory for a free sip, Old San Juan with it’s narrow cobblestone streets, El Yunque Rain Forest and the breathtaking waterfalls there, visit the University of Puerto Rico Botanical Gardens, check out the Arecibo Observatory, and my most favorite of all, kayak to one of the Phosphorescent Bays.

Met Expectations

The description and pictures of the rental describe the apartment pretty well. What is not shown is how nice and accommodating the rental owner is of the property. Maribel was very helpful, even when we arrived very late to the apartment and we had a question.

The property was clean. The security at the apartment were intrusive. However, the property owner mentioned she was going to make a complaint for us. The location was in the heart of Isla Verde on the beach.

Thanks Maribel!!! Everything was perfect with condo. The view is priceless! When we come back to San Juan we'll stay here again.
The condo was clean and very comfortable. Gated private parking a plus and very secure building. I would recommend this condo to my friends.
Maribel was a pleasure to deal with.
There are tons of activities, casinos, they are many restaurants within walking distance.

Our honeymoon

We visited Puerto Rico for our honeymoon, we spend 10 days in August of 2008 and had a great time. From the minute we walked in to the living room of the 8th floor beach front condo and saw the breathtaking view of the beach and everything else around it. I knew that I had made the right choice. The apartment was beautiful and well equip with everything you need to have a great vacation. The owner, Maribel was excellent, she gave us perfect instructions on what to do and expect upon arrival, everything workout exactly as she said. For me, best part of all after so many years away from Puerto Rico was, to be able to wakeup next to the woman that I love and sit on the bed with her and listen to sound of the waves from the Atlantic Sea. I felt like I belong there and wish that we could have stay longer.

We had a great time! The apartment was just what we hoped it would be: comfortable, plenty of space, accessible, great location, fully equipped for living, and great views. We particularly enjoyed having a more personal experience than if we were to stay in a fancy hotel.

i was very happy with the condo and the location was great , everything was well maintained. customer service was helpful, and the owner was very good at returning calls and answering questions. i would like to stay again sometime.
