Can Alegria is a wonderful stylish, spacious (200 sqm) and very well appointed detached villa located in an exclusive urbanisation, midway between Puerto de Pollenca with its sandy beaches and the delightful old town of Pollenca itself, both of which offer a wide variety of shops, excellent restaurants and tapas bars.

Surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden (2000 sqm) with patio, pond and a lovely swimming pool (8 x 4 m, floodlit) this unusual and tastefully furnished L-shaped property, which consists of a main house (170 sqm, sleeps 4) and adjoining tower (separate entrance, 30 sqm, sleeps 2-3) is ideally suited to a group of friends holidaying together or a big family seeking their own space and a little independence.

The villa is not overlooked and is offering total privacy.

FREE Wifi.

A car is recommended.

Private rental direct with the owner.

Change over is SATURDAY.

Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground-floor.

Both bathrooms are on the ground-floor.

Bedroom Nr. 3 is situated in the first floor of the tower (reachable by a secure romantically illuminated outdoor staircase, not suitable for small children but very popular with teenagers who like to separate a bit from the rest), there is no bathroom upstairs.

A small part of the villa with separate entrance is used by the owner with her lovely, clean and very well behaved little dog.

Garden, patio, pool and terraces are for exclusive use of the house guests.

Wir waren zwar zum ersten aber sicher nicht zum letzten Mal auf Mallorca.
Die Villa ist sehr grosszügig und gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Lage zwischen dem Hafen Port de Pollenca und dem historischen Dorf Pollenca ist ideal für Ausflüge aller Art.
Allen die es etwas persönlicher und individueller mögen, können wir diese Villa nur empfehlen!
Vielen Dank auch der charmanten Gastgeberin für ihren perfekten Service und die vielen nützlichen Informationen.

Pleasant, clean and private villa.

Pleasant, clean and private villa. It's situated a short drive from Porto Pollensa and Pollensa and is about 15 minutes to the beaches at Cala San Vicente. There are also good supermarkets a short drive away. There were 7 of us, with the 3 children upstairs (not suitable for very young children as there's an outside stair) and the adults in the 2 downstairs rooms. We were there for two weeks and everything was well cleaned after the first week. The pool was perfect for the children and well maintained. The owner lives in adjoining accommodation - she was very helpful - but the patio, pool and villa were private.
