(as the ad says) PERFECT WILWOOD COTTAGE

The cottage was in pristine condition when we arrived. The owners presented the property exactly as we found it: charming, fully equipped kitchen, close to boardwalk, beach, grocery store, drug store, and internet cafe. We also were in walking distance of a bike rental place, and not to far from "downtown Wildwood" and the harbor.
The outside private shower, front porch with awing and lovely back yard with gas grill were a plus. My only comment is that we had to bring our own sheets and towels (sometimes difficulty for those flying to Wildwood), the dryer/washer worked but was a bit funky to operate and the second bedroom was tiny (would be great for kids but a bit difficulty to try to accommodate more than one adult, although it sleeps three).
I had to call one of the owners once during the trip (a recycle question) and she immediately called me back. She also was very prompt during our emails both before I rented and had a a lot of questions and also before I arrived. Besides being professional she was also very polite and easy to work with.
As we were leaving we had car trouble with our rental and had to wait several hours after the 10 AM check out time. The cleaning crew were very helpful and we were able to stay on the porch with our luggage until the tow truck arrived.
I would recommend this cottage to anyone with our without kids as the neighborhood was quiet and safe. (a musical ice cream truck drove by everyday after supper). I definitely would rent this property again.
